You’re a successful woman; a go-getter. You make things happen. You’re a multitasking machine who is perpetually busy. You take care of everyone else, and never seem to have time for yourself.
You’re calm, cool and collected on the outside, yet suffering silently on the inside.
You are exhausted from doing all of things, all the time.
Your racing mind keeps you up at night.
You have trouble relaxing because you feel like you should be doing…something.
You experience physical manifestations of stress such as insomnia, or migraines.
You need a break, but when you finally get one, you feel guilty.
Even though you know you should, you have a hard time saying no to others, and yes to yourself.
Your nagging inner critic tells you that it’s not enough…you should be doing more, and doing it better.
There’s a muffled voice inside of you telling you that there has got to be a better way to live, but you can’t hear her because she’s being suffocated by your never-ending to do list.
I know. Because I’ve been there.
In 2018, while 30,000 feet in the air on a cross-country flight (which was a monthly occurrence for me), I started experiencing heart palpitations. I thought I was experiencing a heart attack. After a multitude of doctor visits and tests, I learned that burnout is real. I was experiencing physical manifestations of personal and professional stress and overwhelm. Depleted was an understatement. I had finally hit a wall. What I came to realize was that I was so focused on being everything to everyone else in my life that I wasn’t taking care of my own needs. I was showing up for late meetings, school conferences, and even hosting family events, but I wasn't showing up for myself.
This experience forced me to take a step back. In working with an amazing professional coach, I was able to align to my personal values, set new boundaries, and focus on finding a better way. Today, I dedicate my time and energy to the people and things that are most important to me. The only person I need to please is the one I see in the mirror; and the only thing I need to prove is that I’m being the best version of me.
As an empowerment coach, I work with high achieving women who, despite all their success, are overwhelmed and unfulfilled. Working together, I support you in breaking the vicious cycle of burnout, reclaiming your balance, and designing a life you desire and deserve.
Working together, we address both your mindset and wellbeing. Mindset coaching can help to identify and overcome hidden thought patterns that may be holding you back. We also spend time doing the deep inner work to ensure internal alignment and overall wellbeing. Both are critical to your professional and personal success.

I am inspired by unlocking potential and focused on creating a future with unlimited possibilities.
We all experience life events that shape us. It’s what you choose to do in those moments that define who you are and who you want to be.
Positive and negative experiences shape who we are. No matter what has happened to us in the past —the future is ours to create. Learning from the past only makes us stronger, more resilient and more confident in our capabilities. For me, it also allowed me to pursue my passion and my purpose.
